Development at Every Level

     René Campo has inspired and developed learners for 30 years in the collegiate and corporate arenas. She believes in lifelong learning and created RC Professional Development Solutions to provide training, learning and career coaching for all levels of individuals.

     For the past decade she has been an Adjunct Professor of Business Management  and a Corporate Trainer at Anne Arundel Community College (AACC) in Arnold, MD. The college was rated best community college in the nation in 2021 by Academic Influence, and the business program in 2023 was ranked in the top 10 nationally for associate degrees by Georgetown University Center on Education and the Workforce.

     René’s extensive career in higher education includes positions of academic advisor, enrollment counselor, career coach and director of corporate outreach. Prior to that, she acquired diverse experience from corporate positions in various industries, such as Transportation and Shipping, Corporate Travel, and eCommerce.

      She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Master of Science in Management with a concentration in Training and Development, as well as a certificate in Women’s Leadership from Cornell University.
